FAQs
How much does it cost the hospital to install?
Free. We install the vending machine for free. The hospital will never incur any fees.
How much does the vending machine cost visitors/patients?
99p for 45minutes
£1.99 for 24hours (charger can be shared between family members and also used for kids iPads.)
How does the customer use the machine?
The machine is cashless.
The customer simply taps their phone or credit card and a portable power bank pops out to them.
The power bank has three connections that will work for all phones.
Once they are finished they simply slot the charger back into the machine.
What happens if the portable power bank is not returned?
The customer loses their £12 deposit if the power bank is not returned within 7 days.
Does the machine need hospital Wifi?
No. We use our own sim cards and 4G data.
Does the hospital staff need to provide any customer support?
No. We have our support number thet can text or call 24/7 if they have any questions.
Can these vending machines be lifted by a member of the public?
No. The vending machine is bolted to the floor by our team during installation.
Does the vending machine pass all health and safety checks?
Yes. Documentation for EU CE documentation for our charging machines can be provided upon request.
